Depression : Pandemic or Chronic?

Human is a creature who has all the privileges and liabilities. Furthermore, the complexity lies in the fact that you can't tell what's in a person's mind around you.  In today's world, every single person wants to be successful before the ones they claim to be dear with. Anyways, my intention writing this is not to find the evil in human beings but to state something about depression, anxiety and mood swings. These are the things mostly people get confused with. Anxiety is defined as  "Intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations." On the other hand, depression defines itself as "A mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life."  Do you get the difference? It's not a joke when someone says that he/she is depressed.
What happened to Sushant Singh Rajput is tremendously heartbreaking and never healing wound. But people are making business out of it. Bravo! People from Bollywood itself, who didn't care about what Sushant was going through, are now showing fake consolidation just to show the world that they care. Also, the social platforms are going sane by consoling that they are trustworthy if you need someone to talk to. From my POV, this is really nit being "worried" for you. But! The only good thing I analysed because of this incident is that people are giving attention to normal lives as well. Trust me!! Don't ever spill your heart to anyone you see. That's kind of obvious, ik. But think about when you're depressed? In depression, you feel an urge to talk to anyone who is being nice to you. You don't see if he/she understands you or not. You just blurt out. That's what you actually should do. But what if your emotions are misused after that? Ik you getting confused. Let me be clear!  The whole point is that even if you are an extrovert, just keep only 1 or 2 people close to you (it's the best if they are your family) I am talking about this because it's a very serious issue and has always been so. No one cares about how you feeling and what you're going through. Only YOU can change your state. If YOU act wisely, you will cope up with depression like a boss!
Being depressed is not a weakness but it just a test to see how strong you are. You need not to panic and everything be at its place again. I have been depressed at times and I didn't know what to do. Tbh, I have trust issues and that's why I can't tell people what I am going through and what's wrong today. You know what? I talk to myself. I sleep, I eat, I do whatever pleases me. The times are hard but only you can give yourself the love you deserve. After all, you have come alone in this world and would leave solely too.
