Although many movements, protests and efforts have been made since evolving times but they're still not enough. Nothing changes unless mindset changes. The all social issues which we are cooked up with, are created by people itself. What they used to think is what they implemented within their reach without imagining the consequences. Human is the most interesting creature on earth who has all the powers to either construct something or destruct something. The human evolution by now, has brought up enormous amount of changes in our day-to-day life. We have become dependent on gadgets to be with us all the time and remove our boredom. Music is an art which helps different types of  people across the world to communicate or share their tastes, interests, opinions and beliefs with each other. The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. We have number of genres of music belonging to a shared tradition or set of conventions. Just like any other genre we invest out interest in, we have K-pop ( 케이팝 ) , a genre of popular music originating in South Korea tracked back to early 90s. I was inaugurated to Kpop when I first listened to BTS song - FIRE. It was indeed difficult to know the lyrics but the beat and visuals were so catchy that I couldn't refrain myself but get into kpop much deeper. On knowing more and more, I get to know that they have "idol" culture which was began with the boy band H.O.T. in 1996, as K-pop grew into a subculture that amassed enormous fandoms of teenagers and young adults. The world has been making advancements in almost every field possible. If we take notes from the history, not everything seems to be the same anymore. But what is the biggest achievement so far? Human is a creature who has all the privileges and liabilities. Furthermore, the complexity lies in the fact that you can't tell what's in a person's mind around you.  In today's world, every single person wants to be successful before the ones they claim to be dear with. Anyways, my intention writing this is not to find the evil in human beings but to state something about depression, anxiety and mood swings. These are the things mostly people get confused with. Anxiety is defined as  "Intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations."
